Notice is hereby given of the joint meeting of the La Porte Redevelopment Authority and La Porte Tax
Increment Reinvestment Zone to be held Wednesday, August 23, 2017, at 6:30 p.m. in the City
Manager's Conference Room of City Hall, 604 West Fairmont Parkway, La Porte, Texas, for
considering the following agenda items:

1. Call to order;
2. Approve minutes of the joint La Porte Redevelopment Authority and La Porte Tax Increment
Reinvestment Zone meeting held on February 8, 2017.
3. Consider Supplemental Reimbursement Agreed Upon Procedures Report (AUP) for Beazer Homes
Texas LP
4. Consider Audit Proposal from Mc Call Gibson.
5. Consider FY2017-2018 Budget.
6. Consider developer disbursements.
7. Consider approval or other action regarding authority invoices;
8. Receive updates from the city, developers and staff about development within the Zone;
9. Board member comments;
a. Matters appearing on agenda;
b. Inquiry of staff regarding specific factual information or existing policy
10. Adjournment.
