AND THE LA PORTE TAX INCREMENT REINVESTMENT ZONE
Notice is hereby given of the joint meeting of the La Porte Redevelopment Authority and La Porte Tax Increment
Reinvestment Zone to be held Wednesday, December 4, 2019, at 6,30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall,
604 West Fairmont Parkway, La Porte, Texas.

2. Approve minutes of the joint La forte Redevelopment Authority and. La Porte 'r . increment Reinvestment
Zone meeting held on August 21, 2019.
3. Receive and approve FY2019 Annual Financial :Deport and Audit from McCall Gibson Swedlund Barfoot. P1.LLC.
4. Consider additional tax year 2018 developer disbursements; and consider approval or other action regarding
authority invo ices, ittcludi:ng contractual obligations to reimburse La Porte ISD
. Consider.Amended FY2019-2020 Annual Budget.
