Noticeis hereby given of a meeting of the Citizens’ Charter Review Advisory Commission of the City of
LaPorte to be held on Tuesday, July 24, 2012, at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall in the Council Conference Room, 604
W. Fairmont Parkway, La Porte, Texas, for the purpose of considering the following numbered items.
1.Call to OrderandRoll Call
2.Welcomeby Mayor Louis R. Rigbyand City ManagerCorby Alexander
3.Election of Chairand Vice-Chair
4.Discussion/action regarding organizational procedures for review of the City of La Porte Charter
5.Discussion/action to schedule future meeting dates
6.Committee Comments -Matters appearing on agenda; Recognition of community members, city
employees, and upcoming events; Inquiry of staff regarding specific factual information or existing
policy.
