Ian,
This is our request for a waiver for the typical Tier 2 exterior finish materials. We are proposing the
use of Nichiha and stucco on our building. Below is a link to the Nichiha product brochure. The image
of page 9 of the PDF file (pp 16-17 of the brochure) is an example of the Nichiha materials in the colors
that we would be using. The following is a list of Nichiha finishes and colors that we would be using:
Kurastone, Stackedstone, color: Desert
Vintage Wood, color: Cedar
Illumination Series, color: North Creek Brown

Please let us know what additional steps we need to take to pursue the exterior finish material waiver.
