The applicant seeks to build a detached garage with storage in a side yard, contrary to the provisions of Section 106-192 (b) (2) (b) of the City’s Code of Ordinances. Mr. Malik informed the Board the applicant is requesting to build a detached garage with storage in a side yard.This varianceis being sought under the terms of Section 106-192(b) (2)(b) of the City’s Code of Ordinances. Eleven(11) public hearing notices were mailed to property owners within 200’ of the subject property. The City received one response in favor of the request. B.PROPONENTS Applicant, Yvonne Stanley,spoke in favor of Variance Request 12-93000002. C.OPPONENTS There were none. D.PROPONENTS REBUTTAL There were none. Horton has been issued 7 permits to build in the Lakes at Fairmont Greens.
