thecodedoesnotdifferentiateforlotsizeuntilthelotsizeexceeds43,560squarefeetinarea;
where5,000squarefeetinareaispermittedforaccessorybuildings.
Theplatforthissiterequiresa25footbuildinglinealongtheunimprovedLuckyLanerightof
way.ShouldthisvariancerequestbeapprovedbytheBoard,basedonthelocationproposedby
theapplicant,areplatapplicationwouldneedtobesubmittedtothecitymodifyingtheplatted
buildingline.However,theapplicantcouldalsoagreetorelocatethebuildingtocomplywith
theplattedbuildinglineandnotneedareplatapplication.
Section106192oftheZoningOrdinancestatesthatthetermͻǝğƩźğƓĭĻͼrepresentsadeviation
fromtheliteralinterpretationofthecodeapprovedbytheBoardsubjecttothefactthat
enforcementoftheprovisionsofthecodewouldcauseanunnecessaryhardshipbecauseof
circumstancesuniquetothesubjectproperty.TheBoardisauthorizedtograntavariancewhen
