ANIMAL SHELTER ADVISORY MEETING
Notice is hereby given of a regular meeting to be held on August 18, 2009 at 5:30 p.m., at the La
Porte Police Department in the Administration Conference Room, 3001 N. 23rd, La Porte, Texas,
regarding the items according to the agenda listed below:
1. Call to Order
2. Approve Minutes from October 20 and February 10, 2009.
3. Update on Animal Shelter repairs.
4. Update on Animal Shelter Donation Account.
5. Update on FY 2009 Animal Committee Goals.
6. Presentation of Administrative/Statistical Reports by Animal Control Officer Supervisor.
7. Board Member Comments
8. Adjournment.
There may be a possible quorum of City council present at this meeting and may participate in
discussion at this meeting, however, they will not vote on matters.
