Notice is hereby given of a regular meeting to be held on March 12, 2013 at 6:00 p.m.,
at the La Porte Police Department in the Administration Conference Room, 3001 N. 23rd,
La Porte, Texas, regarding the items according to the agenda listed below:
1. Call to Order.
2. Approve Minutes from December 4, 2012.
3. Update on Animal Shelter Donation Account.
4. Presentation of Administrative/Statistical Reports by Animal Control Officer
Supervisor.
5. Discuss status of new Animal Shelter.
6. Committee Comments
a. Matters appearing on the agenda
b. Inquiry of staff regarding specific factual information or existing policy
7. Adjournment.
There may be a quorum of City Councilmembers present at this meeting and may participate in discussion
at this meeting; however, they will not vote on matters. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities
Act, the City of La Porte will provide for reasonable accommodations for persons attending public meetings.
