ANIMAL SHELTER ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING
Notice is hereby given of a regular meeting to be held on October 20, 2020, at 6:00 p.m.,
at the La Porte Police Department, 3001 North 23rd, La Porte, Texas, regarding the items
below:
Call to order
1. Approve minutes March 10, 2020
2. Update on Animal Shelter Donation Account
3. Presentation of administrative/statistical reports by Animal Control Officer Supervisor
4. Update on the Weekly Sign Sponsorship Program
5. Update on Volunteer Program
6. Discuss the Adoption Center new Adoption Trailer
7. Consideration of items to be purchased from the Donation Account
8. Committee Comments
a. Matters appearing on the agenda
b. Inquiry of staff regarding specific factual information or existing policies
