ANIMAL SHELTER ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING
Notice is hereby given of a regular meeting to be held on December 13, 2023 at 6:00
p.m., at the La Porte Police Department, 3001 North 23rd, La Porte, Texas, regarding the
items below:
Call to order
1. Approve minutes of the August 9, 2023, meeting
2. Update on the Animal Shelter donation account
3. Presentation of administrative/statistical reports by the Animal Control Officer Supervisor
4. Update on the Weekly Sign Sponsorship Program
5. Update on Volunteer Program
6. Update on Clear the Shelter 2023
7. Update on the Mega Adoption Event 2023
8. Consideration of items to be purchased from the donation account
9. Committee Comments
a. Matters appearing on the agenda
b. Inquiry of staff regarding specific factual information or existing policies
