Notice is hereby given of a regular meeting of the Chapter 172 Employee Retiree Insurance and
Benefits Board to be held on May 25,2010 at 6:00 PM, at City Hall in the Council Chambers, 604
West Fairmont Pkwy, La Porte, Texas, regarding the items according to the agenda below:
1. Call to Order
2. Consider approval of minutes from January 12, 2010 meeting
3. Discuss the role of the Chapter 172 Committee
4. Discuss City's Medical Insurance
5. Discuss a formula to determine employee medical premiums
6. Administrative Reports
7. Board Comments
a. Matters appearing on the agenda
b. Inquiry of staff regarding specific factual information or existing policy
8. Adjournment
There may be a possible quorum of City council present at this meeting and may
participate in discussion at this meeting, however, they will not vote on matters.
