Notice is hereby given of a regular meeting of the Chapter 172 Employee Retiree Insurance and
Benefits Board to be held on June 1,2010 at 5:30 PM, at the Police Department Training Room,
3001 N. 23rd St., La Porte, Texas, regarding the items according to the agenda below:
1. Call to Order
2. Consider approval of minutes from January 12, 2010 meeting
3. Discuss the role of the Chapter 172 Committee
4. Discuss City's Medical Insurance
5. Discuss a formula to determine employee medical premiums
6. Discuss the relationship between the City of La Porte and benefits consultant
7. Discuss the extension of coverage for dependents on the City's medical plan

b. Inquiry of staff regarding specific factual information or existing policy
10. Adjournment
There may be a pOSSible quorum of City council present at this meeting and may
participate in discussion at this meeting, however, they will not vote on matters.
