Chapter 172 Employee Retiree Benefits Board
Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Chapter 172 Employee Retiree Insurance and Benefits
Board to be held on July 30, 2019 at 3:00 PM in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 604 W. Fairmont
Pkwy., La Porte,Texas, regarding the items according to the agenda below:
1. Call to Order
2. Member Roll Call
3. Consider approval of minutes from the March 5, 2019 meeting
4. Plan Performance Review—Julian Fontana, HUB International
5. Review, discuss, and take possible action regarding the RFP vendor responses for Medical
Administrative Services, Prescription Benefit Management, and Dental —Julian Fontana, HUB
International
6. Administrative Reports
7. Board Comments
Board member comments regarding matters appearing on agenda; inquiry of staff regarding
specific factual information or existing policies.
8. Adjournment
