Chapter 172 Employee Retiree Benefits Board
Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Chapter 172 Employee Retiree Insurance and Benefits
Board to be held on March 5, 2020, beginning at 3:00 PM in the City Hall Council Chambers,604 West
Fairmont Parkway, La Porte, Texas, regarding the items according to the agenda below:
1. Call to Order
2. Member Roll Call
3. Consider approval of minutes from the October 24, 2019 meeting
4. 2019 Plan Performance Review—Julian Fontana, HUB International
5. Discuss Prescription Benefit Management Transition—HUB International and Human Resources
6. Wellness Program Update—Matt Hartleib, HR Manager
7. Administrative Reports
8. Board Comments
Board member comments regarding matters appearing on agenda; inquiry of staff regarding
specific factual information or existing policies.
9. Adjournment
