Complete Count Committee Agenda
Notice is hereby given of a special called meeting of the 2010 Census Complete Count Committee to be
held on February 23, 2010, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers Conference Room, 604 West
Fairmont Parkway, La Porte, Texas, regarding the items of business according to the agenda listed
below:
1. Call to order.
2. Roll call of members.
3. Consider approval of February 4, 2010, meeting minutes.
4. Discuss committee activities in preparation for Census Day, April 1, 2010.
5. Administrative reports
6. Committee comments
A. Matters appearing on agenda
B. Inquiry of staff regarding specific factual information or existing policy
7. Adjourn
A quorum of City Council Members may be present and participate in discussions during this meeting;
however, no action will be taken by Council.
