Board of the La Porte Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical
Services District
Notice is hereby given of a Meeting of the Board of the La Porte Fire Control, Prevention, and
Emergency Medical Services District to be held Monday, April 20, 2015 at 6:00 p.m., at the Fire
Administration Building, 125 South 3rd St, La Porte, Texas, for the purpose of considering the
following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. The Board of the La Porte Fire
Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services District reserves the right to meet in a
closed session on any agenda item should the need arise and if applicable pursuant to
authorization by Title 5, Chapter 551, of the Texas Government Code.
1. Call to Order
2. Approve minutes of La Porte Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services
Board of Directors meeting, held on October 20, 2014.
3. Receive prospective budget for the fiscal year which begins October 1, 2015.
a) Staff presentation;
b) Questions by Board members;
4. Adjournment
