Board of the La Porte Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical
Services District
Notice is hereby given of a Meeting of the Board of the La Porte Fire Control, Prevention, and
Emergency Medical Services District to be held on Tuesday November 27, 2018 at 6:00 p.m., at
the Fire Administration Building, 125 South V St, La Porte, Texas, for the purpose of
considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. The Board of
the La Porte Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services District reserves the right
to meet in a closed session on any agenda item should the need arise and if applicable pursuant
to authorization by Title 5, Chapter 551, of the Texas Government Code.
1. Call to Order
2. Approve minutes of La Porte Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services Board of
Directors Public Hearing, held on June21, 201S.
3. Discuss and consider for approval for additional funding to provide for the purchase of a
replacement air compressor located at the La Porte Fire Training Facility
a. Staff presentation;
b. Questions by Board members;
4. Adjournment
