Board of the La Porte -Fire Control, Prevention,
and Emergency Medical Services District
Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Board of the La Porte Fire Control, Prevention, and
Emergency Medical Services District to be held on Monday, June 29, 2020, at 6:00 p.m., at the Fire
Administration Building, 125 South 31d Street, La Porte, Texas, for the purpose of considering the
following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action.
Call to order
1. Approve minutes of La Porte Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical
Services Board of Directors Public Hearing, held on March 19, 2019
2. Give update on the 2019-20 budget of the La Porte Fire Control, Prevention, and
Emergency Medical Services
3. ;Discuss possible budget items for the 2019-20 budget of the La Porte Fire Control,
Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services District

The Board of the La Porte Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services District reserves the right to meet
in a closed session on any agenda item should the need arise and if applicable pursuant to authorization by Title 5,
Chapter 551, of the Texas Government Code.
