La Porte, Texas, regarding the items of business according to the agenda listed below:

2. Consider approval of minutes of the October 28, 2013, meeting of the Fiscal Affairs Committee — P.

3. Receive and review First Quarter (FY 2014) Investment Report — M. Dolby
4. Receive and review months of September (FY2013), October (2013) and November (FY 2013)
Purchasing Card Expenditures — M. Dolby
5. Discussion regarding Franchise Fee Audit and present results of Request for Proposal (RFP) — M.
Dolby
6. Discussion regarding expansion of Procurement Card (P-card) Program — M. Dolby
7. Set date for next meeting — M. Dolby
8. Administrative Reports — C. Alexander
9. Committee comments regarding matters appearing on agenda — Committee members Engelken,
Leonard, Moser, and Martin.
10. Adjourn
