Notice is hereby given of a City of La Porte Meet and Confer Committee Meeting to be held Tuesday,
May 19, 2009 in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 604 West Fairmont Parkway, La Porte, Texas,
beginning at 2:00 p.m. regarding the items of business according to the agenda listed below.
1. Call to Order
2. Approval of minutes from April 14, 2009 meeting.
3. Review and discuss written contract proposal as drafted by the City.
4. Set date and time for next Meet and Confer Meeting.
5. Committee Comments
6. Adjournment
