SEEKS TO ALLOW LAUREL INDUSTRIES, LOCATED AT 780 SOUTH
16TH STREET (BLOCK 833 AND 860, TOWN OF LA PORTE) TO
CONSTRUCT 'IWO (2) NEW BUILDINGS. ONE WITH A FRONT
SETBACK OF 30 FEET, 6 INCHES AND A SIDE SETBACK OF 5 FEET.
THE OTHER BUILDING IS TO HAVE A SIDE AND REAR SETBACK OF
5 FEET. THIS VARIANCE ALSO SEEKS TO ALLOW AN INCREASE OF
ALLOWABLE LOT COVERAGE TO 47%.
