NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF A REGULAR MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING OF THE LA PORTE
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TO BE HELD ON NOVEMBER 15, 2006, AT 6:00 P.M. AT LA PORTE
CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 604 WEST FAIRMONT PARKWAY, LA PORTE, TEXAS,
REGARDING THE ITEMS OF BUSINESS ACCORDING TO THE AGENDA LISTED BELOW:

INC) SEEKS AN EXCEPTION OF 5 FEET BUILDING SETBACK FROM A SIDE YARD
