SHEILA AND CLAYTON VERDIN, PROPERTY OWNERS, SEEK A VARIANCE TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A PATIO THAT ENCROACHES 6' 3" INTO A 16' UTILITY EASEMENT IN THE REAR YARD.
