PORTE TAX INCREMENT REINVESTMENT ZONE
Notice is hereby given of the joint meeting of the La Porte Redevelopment Authority and La Porte Tax Increment
Reinvestment Zone to be held Wednesday, November 29, 2017, at 6:30 p.m. in the City Manager's Conference
Room of City Hall, 604 West Fairmont Parkway, La Porte,Texas,for considering the following agenda items:
AGENDA
1. Call to Order;
2. Approve minutes of the joint La Porte Redevelopment Authority and La Porte Tax Increment Reinvestment
Zone meeting held on August 23, 2017.
3. Receive and approve FY2017 Audit from McCall Gibson Swedlund Barfoot PLLC.
4. Consider proposal from McCall Gibson Swedlund Barfoot PLLC to prepare Agreed Upon Procedures Report
for Liberty Property Limited Partnership in accordance with the terms of the Developer Agreement.
5. Receive and consider Agreed Upon Procedures Report for Liberty Property Limited Partnership; and authorize
appropriate action.
6. Receive and consider Development Agreement with Vista Oaks GB, LLC.
7. Consider tax year 2016 developer disbursements.
8. Consider approval or other action regarding authority invoices, including contractual obligations to reimburse
La Porte ISD.
9. Receive updates from the city, developers and staff about development within the Zone.
10. Board member comments.
