NOTICE OF JOINT MEETING OF LA PORTE REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY and LA
PORTE TAX INCREMENT REINVESTMENT ZONE
Notice is hereby given of the joint meeting of the La Porte Redevelopment Authority and La Porte Tax Increment
Reinvestment Zone to be held Wednesday,July 11,2018, at 6:30 p.m. in the City Manager's Conference Room of
City Hall, 604 West Fairmont Parkway, La Porte, Texas,for considering the following agenda items:
AGENDA
1. Call to Order;
2. Approve minutes of the joint La Porte Redevelopment Authority and La Porte Tax Increment Reinvestment
Zone meeting held on January 31,2018.
3. Consider two(2)year audit proposal from McCall Gibson Swedlund Barfoot PLLC.
4. Receive report regarding Tax Year 2017 increment revenue.
5. Consider approval or other action regarding authority invoices.
6. Receive updates from the city,developers and staffabout development within the Zone.
7. Board member comments.

b. Inquiry ofstaffregarding specific factual information or existing policy
8. Adjournment.
