Consider Development Agreement by and between Reinvestment Zone Number One, City of La Porte, Texas and La Porte Redevelopment Authority and Hawthorne at La Porte LLC. 3. Discuss and consider actions in support of street reconstructions within the Zone..,.. 4. Consider approval or other action regarding authority invoices. 5. Receive updates from the city, developers and staff about development within the Zone. 6. Board member comments. a. Matters appearing on agenda b.
