Call to order 2. Consider approval of amended Minutes of the Drainage and Flooding Committee Meeting held on of the July 11, 2011 and Minutes of the Drainage and Flooding Committee Meeting held on August 4, 2011 — S. Harris 3. Receive presentation by Texas Energy Coalition or its membership regarding regulatory framework of pipeline industry and discuss areas of concern regarding pipeline /drainage conflicts = T. Tietjens 4 Set date for next Drainage and Flooding Committee Meeting 5. Committee Comments — Matters appearing on agenda; Recognition of community members, city employees, and upcoming events; Inquiry of staff regarding specific factual information or existing policy 6. Executive Session — The City of La Porte Drainage and Flooding Committee reserves the right to meet in executive session on any agenda item should the need arise and if authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Title 5, Chapter 551, of the Texas Government Code. 7.
