THE APPLICANTS, HETTIG MANAGEMENT CORP. SEEK AN AMENDMENT TO AN EXISTING SPECIAL CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT "BAYFOREST RANCW IN THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) DISTRICT. 9. CONDUCT PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDER RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL REGARDING SPECIAL CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #SCU04-008 FOR 2.14 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED AT 2915 NORTH 23RD STREET ADJACENT TO PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE. THE APPLICANTS SEEKS APPROVAL OF A SPECIAL CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR AN ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT TO EXISTING MINI- STORAGEJWAREHOUSE FACILITY. . . 10. CONDUCT PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDER RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL REGARDING SPECIAL CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #SCU04-009 FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2219 UNDERWOOD ROAD. THE APPLICANTS SEEKS APPROVAL OF A SPECIAL CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PROVIDING AN OFF-SITE PARKING FOR THE RESTAURANT. AN OFF-SITE PARKING IS DESCRIBED AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE PER CITY'S CODE OF ORDINANCES. 11. CONDUCT PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDER RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL REGARDING RENAMING OF CANADA ROAD TO EAST BOULEVARD. 12. STAFF REPORTS A. LARGE LOT ZONING - LOMAX AREA B. MAIN STREET DISTRICT C.
