Notice is hereby given of a Workshop Meeting of the La Porte Planning and Zoning Commission to be
held on April 16, 2009, at 6:00 P.M. at City Hall Council Chambers, 604 West Fairmont Parkway, La
Porte, Texas, regarding the items of business according to the agenda listed below:
1. Call to order
2. Consider approval of March 19,2009, regular meeting minutes.
3. Open Workshop to discuss the following provisions:
A. Appendix E, Major Development Site Plan, General Plan, Development Ordinance
B. Robert's Rules of Order
4. Close Workshop
5. Administrative Reports
6. Commission Comments
A. Matters appearing on agenda
B. Inquiry of staff requiring a statement of specific factual information or a recitation of existing
policy
7. Adjourn
A quorum of City Council members may be present and participate in discussions during this meeting, however,
no action will be taken by Council.
