RESIDENTIAL REPLAT #21-97000002: Open a public hearing for Residential Replat #21-97000002, a request by Donna Eckels of PRO-SURV, applicant, on behalf of Mary Marguerite Holloway Revocable Trust, owner, for the proposed replat of a portion of Sylvan Beach Subdivision, a 0.7143 acre replat located in the 200 block of S. COMMERCIAL REPLAT #20-97000010: Consider approval of a Commercial Replat for Barbours Cut Terminal, a commercial development consisting of 8.2 acres, located at the southwest corner of North Broadway Street and N. K Street and legally described as Lots 1-16 & 28-32, Block 375, Town of La Porte and Lot 1, Block 1, Gulf Winds and being an abandoned alley and a portion of the abandoned R.O.W. of North J Street and North 1st Street. 9. COMMERCIAL REPLAT #21-97000001: Consider approval of a Commercial Replat for Brookglen Section 3, Reserve K, a commercial development consisting of 2.55 acres, located at the northeast corner of W.
