CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA
Notice is hereby given,of a Special Meeting of the La Porte City Council to be held September 3,
2015, beginning at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 604 West Fairmont Parkway,
La Porte, Texas, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are
subject to action.
1. CALL TO ORDER
2. CANVASS OF AUGUST 29, 2015, SPECIAL ELECTION — Consider approval or other action
regarding an Ordinance declaring the results of the Special Election—Mayor Rigby
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS (Limited to five minutes per person.)
4. ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS
(a) Receive reports from City Manager
-5. COUNCIL COMMENTS regarding matters appearing on the agenda; recognition of community
members, city employees, and upcoming events; inquiry of staff regarding specific factual
information or existing policies — Councilmember Clausen, Martin, Kaminski, Zemanek, Leonard,
Engelken, Earp and Mayor Rigby.
