BO ARDCHAIR SIGNATURE BOARD VICE -CHAIR SI NATURE BOAR ECRETARY i ENTION: RULE §310.9 Periodic Reports; Administrative Penalties Subsection (b) States that "A report required in accordance with this section is late if it is not received by the commissioner before the end of the month following the last month required to be covered in the report." And Subsection (c) States that "An administrative penalty is imposed on each late periodic report required in accordance with this section. The penalty is $500 for each violation, except that a surcharge of $100 will be added to the penalty for each month the report remains late." In order to avoid any penalties, Annual Reports must be received in our office on or before February 6, 2012. After this date, a $500 penalty will incur and an additional $100 will incur for each month thereafter until our office has received the Annual Report.
