Publicutilityfacilitiesandservicesaresufficienttohandletheproposeddevelopment. th WaterandsanitarysewerlinesarebothavailablewithintheS.16Streetrightofway. Drainage. DrainagehasbeenaccommodatedforthissiteaspartofthePortCrossingBusinessPark regionaldrainageplan.Althoughthissiteisnottechnicallywithintheownershipofthe PortCrossingBusinessPark,thisparcelwasincludedaspartofthedetentionpost system.Therehavebeendetentionpondssizedadequatelytodetaindrainageforthis siteandtherestofthePortCrossingBusinessPark. Conclusion: Basedontheanalysisabove,stafffindsthatifthePlanningandZoningCommission desirestorecommendapprovaloftheproposedSpecialConditionalUsePermit,thena numberofconditionsshouldbeconsideredintheapproval.TheproposedBarsanGlobal LogisticswarehousefacilityisconsistentwithboththeĭźƷǤ͸ƭFutureLandUsePlan,as adoptedintheComprehensivePlan,andthepermittedusesoftheBIdistrict.
