It~ 12 on the City Council agenda for the meeting on September 22 is for the Chapter ~ ~oard of Trustees: This board will advise City Council on issues relatin~ to the me(hcal plan fo~ the City. . . Ata previous meeting, direction was given by City Council to use 3 staff members and 2 citizens. The 3 staff memb~s proposed is the City Attorney, '000 Armstrong; the Assistant Finance Director, Michael Dolby; the Human Resources Director, Al Freeman (Interim). Staff has been searching diligently for two citizens with the appropriate background. Recommendations were made to consider plant managers or their human resources personnel.that would have eXperience in empioyee and medical issues. Patricia Rothemel ,. ./'Works for Shell Oil. Kimberly Meismer works for Gulf CoaSt Disposal Authority. I V. believe their backgrounds. would be suited to review information and make appropriate recommendations to you.
