ADDENDUM TO MEETING NOTICE
The following items will be added to the agenda for the July 27, 2009 City Council Meeting to be held in the
Council Chambers at City Hall, 604 West Fairmont Parkway, La Porte, Texas. The items below will be discussed
on July 27, 2009 at 6:00 p.m.
1. Consider approval or other action recommendinQ an appointment to the Houston Ship Channel
Security District - Mavor Beaslev
2. Consider approval of other action of a date for the Public HearinQ on the City's FY 2009-2010
Proposed BudQet - M. (item # 10 on the original agenda)
3. Close Regular Meeting and open Workshop Meeting
1. Discuss City of La Porte support for Improved Railroad Infrastructure - Mayor Beasley
I hereby certify that I posted this Notice on the bulletin board located at a place convenient to the public in the
City Hall of the City of La Porte, 5:00 p.m. on the 24th day of July 2009, and that (1) said Notice was posted
for at least 72 hours preceding the scheduled time of the meeting; or (2) if this Notice was posted less than
