PUBLIC HEARINGS AND ASSOCIATED ORDINANCES (a) Public hearing to receive comments regarding recommendation by the Planning and Zoning Commission to approve an Ordinance amending the City's Future Land Use Map Component of the Comprehensive Plan for a 5.051-acre tract of land legally described as Blocks 1143 and 1144, La Porte Subdivision, generally located on S. 16th St., north of the West M Street right- of-way, to change designation from "Commercial"to"Light Industrial"; and consider approval or other action regarding an Ordinance amending the City's Future Land Use Map Component of the Comprehensive Plan for a 5.051-acre tract of land legally described as Blocks 1143 and 1144, La Porte Subdivision, generally located on S. 16th St., north of the West M Street right- of-way, to change designation from "Commercial"to"Light Industrial"- I.
