[Matt Hartleib, HR Manager] (c) Presentation, discussion, and possible action to adopt Ordinance 2020-3783, for the purpose of vacating, abandoning, and closing a portion of the N. 8th Street right-of-way situated in Block 12, Nebraska Syndicate, and reserving an easement for City utilities. EXECUTIVE SESSION (a). City Council will meet in closed session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 - personnel matters - for deliberation related to the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee - regarding Municipal Judge Denise Mitrano. 10. RECONVENE into regular session and consider action, if any, on item(s) discussed in executive session. 11.
