[Mayor Rigby] (b) Approve an enhancement grant in the amount of $50,000.00 pursuant to application by Marion (Marty) and Vicki Campise for the refurbishment/renovation of facade, signage, roofing and parking facilities at the old bank building located at 100 W. Main Street in La Porte, Texas. [Jason Weeks, Assistant City Manager] (c) Approve a proposed economic development incentive agreement with Marion (Marty) and Vicki Campise in connection with 100 W. Main Street, an incentive project for the refurbishment and renovation of the old bank building located at 100 W. Main Street in La Porte, Texas, in an amount not to exceed $85,000.00. [Jason Weeks, Assistant City Manager] (d) Approve a 2020-2021 Police Civil Service Pay Scale adjustment pursuant to the Meet and Confer Agreement. [Matt Hartleib, HR Manager] (e) Approve a three (3) year agreement for the City of La Porte to provide Emergency 9-1-1 Dispatch, Jail Services, Animal Control, Emergency Medical Services, Fire Suppression, and Fire Prevention (Fire Marshal's Office) services to the City of Morgan's Point, for the period beginning October 1, 2020, at total monthly rate of $8,434.38.
