[Teresa Evans, Director of Planning and Development] (c) Approve Ordinance 2021-3849 regarding amendments to Chapter 94 - "Floods" of the City of La Porte Code of Ordinances to comply with the new Class 8 prerequisite of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) Community Rating System (CRS). [Teresa Evans, Director of Planning and Development] (d) Authorize Ordinance 2021-3824 allowing the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement with Halff Associates, Inc., to provide design and construction phases services in connection with development of a 100 acre-foot detention pond project, in accordance with amended interlocal agreement with the City of Pasadena.
