Notice is hereby given of a Regular Meeting of the Firefighters' Pension Board of Trustees to be held August 22,
2011 at 5:30 p.m. at. the Fire Administration Building, 124 South 2nd Street, La Porte, Texas, regarding the
items of business according to the agenda listed below
1. CALL TO ORDER
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM FEBRUARY 25, 2011 MEETING
3. REVIEW OF DEPARTMENT PENSION ROSTER
a. Acceptance of certification(s) of physical fitness from new members
b. Assignment of new members to support duties in the absence of a certification of physical fitness
c. Termination of inactive members
4. CERTIFICATION OF PENSION ROSTER (MEMBERSHIP RECONCILIATION REPORT)
5. REVIEW OF PENSION CONTRIBUTION CHARGES
6. DISCUSSION AND CONSIDERATION OF BENEFIT CLAIMS
