Minutes of January 19, 2010
Members Present: Tom Campbell, Terry Bunch, Ken Schlather, Ron Holt, Paul Larson and
Mark Follis
Members Absent: Michael Reedy

Others Present: Lonnie Erwin
1. CALL TO ORDER
Meeting called to order at 6:05 P.M by Chairman Tom Campbell.
2. CONSIDER APPROVING MINUTES FROM THE JUNE 18, 2009 MEETING
Motion to approve the June 18, 2009 minutes, as submitted, was made by Ron Holt.
Second by Paul Larson. Motion passed unanimously.
3. RECEIVE PRESENTATION BY LONNIE ERWIN ON PLUMBING AND
MECHANICAL CODES
A presentation on plumbing codes was made by Mr. Lonnie Erwin.
4. ESTABLISH NEXT MEETING DATE, TIME AND TOPICS
Chairman Campbell wants to meet again regarding the codes. Once the codes are
addressed, the Board will consider quarterly meetings or meetings as needed.
5. ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS
None
6. BOARD COMMENTS
Mark Follis urged the committee to set a deadline to establish a final decision on a
plumbing and mechanical code.
Ken Schlather reminded the board that appointments are due this year.
Chairman Campbell recommended the board decide on a plumbing and mechanical code
at their next meeting.

Terry Bunch made the motion to consider February 16th or next available meeting night
for their upcoming meeting date. Second by Mr. Larson. Motion passed unanimously.
Mr. Follis made a motion that the agenda should include an action item to determine
which plumbing and mechanical code should be purchased and reviewed. Second by Mr.
Holt. Motion passed unanimously.
7. ADJOURN
A motion to adjourn was made by Mr. Follis with a second by Mr. Larsen. Motion
passed unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
