Chapter 172 Employee Retiree Insurance and Benefits Board
Held on July 11, 2012
1. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 3:15 pm by Katherine Anderson
Members Present: Matt Daeumer, Aaron Corrales, Katherine Anderson, Clark Askins,
Martha Gillett, Michael Dolby, Charles Montgomery (Alt #1)
Members Absent: Juliane Graham
2. Consider approval of minutes from May 15, 2012 meeting
Matt made a motion to approve the minutes as presented; Charles seconded the
motion, the motion passed.
3. Report from McGriff, Seibels and Williams
The materials were discussed and the members of the Board requested additional
variations on the options to be discussed at a meeting on July 24, 2012.
4. Administrative Reports
The members of the Board agreed that Katherine Anderson should give a
presentation to the City Council on where the Board is in the review process and the
next steps to be taken. The next City Council meeting is on July 23, 2012.
5. Board Comments — Matters appearing on the agenda; Recognition of community
members, city employees, and upcoming events; Inquiry of staff regarding specific
factual information or existing policy
6. Adjournment
There being no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 5:10 pm
by Katherine Anderson.
