All memebers of the council were present,

A letter from F T Baldwin asking the city to consider-

Aldermen VP'all and Sandel not voting. The motion therefore carried
1n favor of the elan as outlined,
Motion was made by Alderman Nall and seconded by
Alderman Ruff that the engineer be instructed draw plans for the
city hall and fare s+,at~,on as ~±e^ept~,cl by the council and fire
men and advertis:P,for bids for the construction of same.
