Communications A commwniaation was read from Mr. Tea Dreyfus furnish ing the city with an estimate on topping and concrete garb anti guttering certain streets. Alc~arman Sall offered a motion seconded by Alderman Tolle that the Sec: y. write to Mr. Dreyf~,is eatendi him a vote of thanks for his advise and that his estimae be filed for future use.
