Ed Brov~ning asked for an estimate on the water line contrae~. Alderman wall offered a motion seconded by Ald. Ruff that the secretary measure up the last unit completed and pay Browning ?5~ of amount due on the estimat®~ Carried . Committee on drainage on Sou. B st. reported that they had engaged an engineer so survey for a Batch along the sou. side of B st. to the galley east of 11th. st and furnish specif~.cations on which to get bids on the fork. Alderman Ruff offered a motion seconded by Ald. gall that the Pound LZaster be allowed all fees as provided by the Stocl~ Ordinance, as his compensation. Carried. Ald. Ruff offered a motion seconded by A1d. urall that the matter of enforcing the Ordinance on dogs running at large unless provided with a dog license tag be tabled until next meeting at vahich time the Secretary was instructed to bring the Dog Ordinance to the councils Chamber. Carried. '_he secretary was instructed to see about providing keys to the city peace officers for the cells in the fail house. The secre~-~ry asked for authority ,~to refuse water service to a consumer who had moved into another house and left an unpaid billet the place from which he moved. Alderman t1-all offered a motion seconded by Ald. Ruff that a consumer who was delinquent in his water account and who moved into another house would be deprived of water a service until delinquent account was settleu. <° Carried
