Roll call showed all members of the council were present. minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. Data relating to the hard surfacing of certain blocks was taken under consideration. Alderman Wall offered a motion seaonded by Alderman Sandal that the information relating to the,hardsurfacing of certain blocks be placed on file for future consideration. married. City Secretary called the attention of the coun~i l to sewer connections to be put into effect. He suggested to the council that the tin be extended six months from April 1 and that the Pee of 15,00 for sewer connections be handled as follows. X5,00 with application and one dollar per month until the full amount was paid.The defered pagments of X1,00 be added to their water bills and be made a part of their water account. the fact that April first was the time ~~ for eompusory Alderman Wall offered a motion seaonded by Alderman Sharp that the time for compulsory sewer connections be extended six months from April 1 and that the secretary accept 5,00 with application for surer c©nnestion end one dollar per month until the full amount was paid.
