Alderman Sharp offered a motion seconded by Ald. Counts.
that T T Simmons be given the fob of 3anitor in place of
Tommie Taylor who had left town.
Carried .
Alderman Counta offered a motion seconded by Ald. Sharp
that the repairing of the cement walk in Eton of H H Harrieons
property on Second st and the broken slab in front of the
City Hall be done under the supervision of the street and alley
Committee.
Carried
Alderman Ruff offered a motion seconded by Ald®rman Sharp
that the gulf Refining Co. be granted a permit to errect
• an electric sign in the parkway in iron of their filling
station on the corner of fain and First st.
Carried.
No other business to come before the council adjournment
was taken by a unanimous vote of the council.
