P~leeting was called to order by b7ayor fi B Harrison.
All members of the council were present except Ald. Agee.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
The following bills were presented anc~, ordered paid.

There being no Committee reports or unfinished business
the meeting proceeded to new business.
Ald. Counts offered a motion which was seconded by Ald.
Lawrence that the matter of renewal of the Firemens Ind.
policy be refered to the finsnce conIInittee and legal advuser
with power to act.
Garried.
Ald. Counts offered a motion which was seconded by Ald. Roark
that bids be asked for for the repairing of a bridge on Roscoe
ave.bet~een Lobit and Carrol, also on trimming Gown the
banks on either side of bridge.
Carried.
Alderman Counts offered a motion which was seconasd by Ald.
Koark that the S and B Committee ask for proposals for
the scarifying and grading of certain streets vvith a term
arrangement suitable to the city.
Carried
Alderman Counts offered a motion which was seconded by Ald.
Roark that June l0~th be set as the lase date on which taxes
could be paid without being delinquent. The tax collector
was instructed to send out notices to all tax payers who had not
paid their 1933 taxes and to have notice put in the locs.l
paper.
Carried.
Alderman Counts offered a motion which was seconded by Ald.
Sharp that the contract for a sewer late rat to serve the
homes of H G Sanland and Wm. Hoval be let to L U Casteel
on his low bid of 67,i`5 cents per Cu. Yd.
1Vo further business to come before the council adjournment
was taken.
