Guy n Hamilton, X1.00. Aetna Life Ins. Co.~201.25. Dennis Padgett and ~Tanford, X3'7.29. ivo _cor~mittee re orts. No unfinished business. New BusinessL The report of W Milligan on the audit of the cities accounts was read and on motion made by Ald. Counts and seconded by A1d. Agee the report was accepted.Sec'y. was instructed to settle for same as per agreement. I~~r.Milligan was present and offered the council the following proposition, i e that the council allow him ~l'75.00 for the audit in addition to the original amount of X200.00 and pay him X75.00 additional to install a new system of keeping the cities accounts. Alderman Counts offered a motion which.was seconded by Ald. Roark that Nir. Nlilligan~s proposition be rejected. The following results were obtained by a roll call vote. Counts No. Sharp,No. Lawrence,No. Roark, No. Agee not voting. Carried in favor of rejection. rlderman Agee offered a motion which waa seconded alderman Lawrence that the officers appointed by the City to serve in the Park be required to make Surety Bonds and that the city secretary be instructea to write to Mr. E L Crane requestiing that he take immediate steps to have this done and that he pay the premium on the Bonds. Carried The resignation of W H Hooper• City Marshal was presented, and on motion by Ald. Sharp and second by Ald. Agee the resignation was accepted. Mayor Harrison presented the name of R H Baker to serve the unexpired term. of W E Hooper and asked the council to confirm the appointment. The following results were obtained by a roll call vote. ~' Counts Yea. Sharp, Yea. Agee, Yea. Lawrence, Yea. Roark,Yea. Unanimous Confirmation.
