Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

Bids for auditing Cities accounts were opened and were as
foilows.Rankin Audit Co. X200.00. S~rith Audit Co., w2U.00
per day not to exceed ~200.OO.Learned and Tapp, y~125.00.
On motion of Ald. Counts and second by Ald. .Agee the con-
tract for auditing cities accounts wes awarded to Learned
and Tapp on their low bid of yp125.00.
On motion by Ald. Counts and second by Ald. Sharp the finance
committee was instructed to arrange satisfactory deposit
agreement with the First rational Bank to be presented to
the Bonding Co. for their approval.

Ald. Sharp 2Tiade a motion which was seconded by Ald. Roark
that matter of purchacing a dump truck be tabled for action
of the incoming council.
Carried.
Ald. Agee offered a motion which was seconded by Ald. Counts
that unpaved section of ~~~ain st. in fron of Shannon property
be repaired by laying a strip of Asphalt- shell 36" wide
from edge of and parrallell with concrete, and that St . and
A11ey committee be given power to act in the matter.

and alley committee was instructed to investigate the neees-
sary street work in Bayshore Park and report their findings
to the councul at the next meeting.

the water committee be instructed to set a pole on the h
high voltage line at the pumG~ing plant where wire is low
and secure line to pole.

aldermen for two years.

get bids on dump truck and report their findings to
a special meetiz~ to be called for the purpose .
()n motion of C ~ Agee and second by Ald. Holton the
Sec' y. was instructed to make an inventory of all
properties belonging to the city and amount due on
same.
Carried.
By unanimous vote of the council adjournment was taken.
