Counts and second by Ald. .Agee the con- tract for auditing cities accounts wes awarded to Learned and Tapp on their low bid of yp125.00. On motion by Ald. Counts and second by Ald. Sharp the finance committee was instructed to arrange satisfactory deposit agreement with the First rational Bank to be presented to the Bonding Co. for their approval. Carried. Ald. Sharp 2Tiade a motion which was seconded by Ald. Roark that matter of purchacing a dump truck be tabled for action of the incoming council. Carried. Ald. Agee offered a motion which was seconded by Ald. Counts that unpaved section of ~~~ain st. in fron of Shannon property be repaired by laying a strip of Asphalt- shell 36" wide from edge of and parrallell with concrete, and that St . and A11ey committee be given power to act in the matter.
